Our flavours are rooted in West African tradition. Zobo brewed the Nigerian way. Chapman poured cold. Kunu made from tigernut and date. These are not novelty drinks. They are the real thing.

Every syrup, every brew, every press is made in house. No concentrates, no shortcuts, no artificial anything. If it goes into your bottle, we made it ourselves.

House Syrups

Every syrup we use is made from scratch. Real pomegranate grenadine for Chapman. Date syrup for Kunu. Fresh ginger syrup for Zobo. Strawberry syrup for the lemonade. No high fructose corn syrup. No artificial colour. Just real ingredients cooked down to the right consistency.

Cold Pressed Juices

Our juices are cold pressed, not blended or pasteurised. Cold pressing extracts the juice without heat, which means more nutrients, more flavour, and a cleaner taste. Every bottle is pressed fresh to order so nothing sits on a shelf longer than it should.

Brewed the Right Way

Our Zobo is brewed the Nigerian way with dried hibiscus, ginger, cloves, and citrus. Not steeped briefly and sweetened heavily like most hibiscus teas. Brewed long, tart, and complex. The Chapman is built with our house grenadine, fresh citrus, and real bitters. Nothing from a mix.

Dried Citrus Garnishes

Our garnishes are slow dried in house from organic citrus and fresh kiwi. No additives, no sulphites, no sugar coating. Just the fruit at its best, dried slowly to preserve colour, flavour, and texture. Perfect for drinks, boards, and gifting.

We do not make batches in advance and hope someone orders. Every order is made fresh within 24 to 48 hours of you placing it. That means what arrives with you was made for you. Not sitting in a fridge waiting for a buyer.

House Grenadine

For Chapman

Made from 100% pomegranate juice and cane sugar. No corn syrup, no red dye. Just real fruit and real sweetness.

Turmeric Honey Syrup

For Immunity Shot

Raw honey, fresh turmeric, ginger and black pepper. The pepper activates the turmeric so every sip actually works.

Date Syrup

For Kunu

Medjool dates blended and strained. Naturally sweet, dairy free, and refined sugar free. The way kunu should be made.

Mint Syrup

For Mint Zing

Fresh mint leaves steeped in cane simple syrup. Clean, bright and nothing artificial.

Strawberry Syrup

For Strawberry Lemonade

Fresh strawberries, cane sugar and lemon. Cooked low and slow to preserve the fruit flavour without caramelising.

Ginger Syrup

For Zobo and Juices

Fresh ginger root, cane sugar and water. A cleaner, brighter ginger hit than anything from a bottle.

Every Sweet Thing

I did not set out to start a drinks company. I set out to make something I actually wanted to drink.

I am Nigerian. I grew up with flavours that most people here have never tasted. Hibiscus brewed dark and tart the West African way, tiger nut milk sweet and earthy, Chapman poured over ice at every celebration. When I moved to Nashville I kept looking for those things and kept not finding them.

So I made them. And then I made them for my neighbours. And then people started asking where they could buy them.

That is Est co. Every Sweet Thing we make is rooted in something real. A memory, a place, a moment. Juices, teas, mocktails, and garnishes, all made fresh with one rule. If it does not belong, it does not go in.

The name comes from a simple idea. Every Sweet Thing deserves to be made right.
